§1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Nordic Activity AB online shop.

§2 Conclusion of Contract
§2.1 The product presentations in the online shop serve as an invitation to submit a purchase offer. By clicking the "Buy" button, you submit a binding purchase offer.
§2.2 We may accept your order by sending a separate order confirmation by email or by delivering the goods within four days. The automatic order confirmation email does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
§3 Prices
The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and are exclusive of shipping costs, which are displayed in the webshop.
§4 Shipping Costs and Returns
The shipping costs for each order are calculated during the checkout process in the webshop.
The customer bears the cost of any return shipment. Returns are possible within 30 days of receipt, but only for unopened and undamaged goods.
§5 Delivery Conditions and Reservation of Self-Supply
§5.1 We generally ship with reliable logistics providers. For international deliveries, we may engage additional service providers.
§5.2 The delivery time for stock items is 2-4 business days, and for made-to-order items, it is 4-6 weeks, unless otherwise stated.
§5.3 Partial deliveries are allowed at our expense if reasonable for the customer.
§5.4 If delivery fails despite three delivery attempts due to customer fault, we may withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded immediately.
§5.5 If the ordered product is unavailable due to non-delivery by our suppliers through no fault of our own, we may withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will notify you immediately and refund any payments made.
§6 Payment Conditions
The following payment methods are available in our online shop:
§7 Retention of Ownership
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made. Prior to the transfer of ownership, pledging, assigning as security, or processing is not permitted without our consent.
§8 Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, which you can find at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
§9 Transport Damages
§9.1 If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report this immediately to the carrier and inform us as soon as possible.
§9.2 Failure to make an immediate complaint does not affect your statutory warranty rights, but helps us assert claims against the carrier.
§10 Warranty and Guarantee
Statutory warranty rights apply. In addition, we provide a 5-year warranty on our products, covering functional defects and rust damage. This warranty begins upon receipt of the goods. Damage caused by improper use, wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs is excluded from the warranty.
§11 Final Provisions
If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the relevant statutory regulations.
