These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop of Nordic Activity AB.

§2.1 The presentation of products in the online shop constitutes an invitation to submit an offer to purchase. By clicking the “Buy” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase.
§2.2 We may accept your order by sending a separate order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the goods within four days. The acknowledgement of receipt of your order is sent automatically by e-mail and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
§2.3 Before submitting your order, you can review and correct your entries in the shopping cart and during the ordering process at any time. We store the text of the contract; we will send you the order details and these General Terms and Conditions by e-mail.
§2.4 The contract languages are German and the language of the shop version you use.
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value added tax (VAT) and are exclusive of shipping costs, which are displayed in the online shop.
The shipping costs for each order are calculated in the online shop during the ordering process.
§5.1 We generally ship with established carriers. For deliveries abroad, we may engage additional service providers.
§5.2 Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time within Germany is 2–4 working days for stock items and 4–6 weeks for made-to-order items. Delivery times to other countries may be longer.
§5.3 Partial deliveries are permitted at our expense, provided that this is reasonable for the customer.
§5.4 If delivery fails for reasons attributable to you despite three delivery attempts, we may withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded without undue delay.
§5.5 If the ordered product is unavailable because we have not been supplied by our suppliers through no fault of our own, we may withdraw from the contract. In such a case, we will inform you without undue delay and refund any payments already made.

The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full. Before title has passed, the goods may not be pledged, transferred by way of security or processed without our consent.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the following information on the right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online via the “Withdraw from contract” button on our website. If you use this online function, we will send you, without undue delay, an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) containing information on the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Irrespective of any statutory right of withdrawal (§ 8), we grant you an additional voluntary right of return: goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided that they are returned unopened, unused and undamaged in their original packaging. The customer bears the cost of the return. Please contact us before any return so that we can allocate the return to your order. This voluntary right of return does not limit your statutory rights, in particular the right of withdrawal and your statutory rights in the event of defects. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. In the event of cross-border disputes, consumers may contact the European Consumer Centre (ECC) in their country of residence.
§11.1 If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report this to the delivery agent immediately and inform us as soon as possible.
§11.2 Failure to make an immediate complaint has no effect on your statutory rights in the event of defects, but helps us to assert claims against the carrier.
§12.1 You have the statutory rights in the event of defects under the law applicable to you.
§12.2 In addition, as guarantor – Nordic Activity AB, Lokegatan 5, 263 37 Höganäs, Sweden – we provide a 5-year guarantee on our products covering functional defects and rust damage. This guarantee begins upon receipt of the goods. Damage resulting from improper use, wear and tear or unauthorised repairs is excluded from the guarantee. To make a claim under the guarantee, please contact [email protected], stating the invoice and providing a brief description of the defect.
§12.3 The guarantee applies in addition to your statutory rights in the event of defects. These rights exist independently of the guarantee, are not restricted by it and are free of charge for you.
§13.1 If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence shall remain unaffected in any event.
§13.2 Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the relevant statutory provisions.
