MODULAR Standard shower stool
In an equipment pool, needs change faster than the budget. That is exactly what the MODULAR is built for: you start with the basic stool and retrofit armrests and a backrest when the next user needs more support – instead of procuring a new aid.
The base is the proven one: seat 45 × 40 cm with water drainage, height adjustable without tools between 43 and 58 cm, frame made of galvanised and powder-coated steel tube. The four feet are individually adjustable, movable up to 10° and rubberised for slip resistance, so the stool stands firmly even on a sloping shower floor.
For dealers, logistics count: the MODULAR is stackable and comes two per carton. That noticeably reduces storage space and shipping costs when you stock standard supplies.
This version has the closed seat. For intimate hygiene while seated, the MODULAR Hygiene (1-1111) is the right choice. If more load capacity is needed, the HEAVY XXL (1-1110-T) carries up to 200 kg and the BERTA XXL shower bench (1-1116) up to 300 kg – overview under XXL aids.

Frequently asked questions
Standard or hygiene seat?
The standard seat is closed and more comfortable. The hygiene seat has a front cut-out for intimate hygiene and drainage – often the first choice in care and rehab.
What can be retrofitted?

How is it delivered?
In cartons of two – this saves packaging and shipping costs.

Is it stackable?
Yes.
Why are the feet movable?
Bathroom floors are rarely level. The feet are individually height-adjustable and movable up to 10° in all directions, so the aid stands on all four points instead of wobbling.
Why galvanised and powder-coated?
Because the product is permanently in a wet area. The electrolytically applied zinc layer protects the tube, the powder coating makes the surface scratch-resistant and easy to clean.
Is the model suitable for reuse?
Yes. The welded frame, the galvanised and powder-coated surface and the replaceable wear parts are designed for it. The CE label remains legible even after disinfection.
