The BEN bed assist handle (49-600) is a freestanding support and turning handle with a base plate: it stands next to the bed, needs no fixing to the bed frame and also acts as fall-out protection at night. BEN Bed Assist Handle

BEN handles two tasks with one aid: it offers a firm grip when getting up and turning over, and at night it prevents the user from rolling out of bed. It is placed freestanding next to the bed – the base plate (59 × 35 cm) goes under the bed and the anti-tip device keeps it stable. The height can be set between 85 and 105 cm, and the handle measures Ø 30 mm. It can also be used with armchairs that have a wooden base. If the user needs a grip point above the bed, the TOM bed trapeze (49-400) or the ASSISTENT floor-to-ceiling pole (49-500) is the right solution.
